Top 5 Tuesday is weekly meme hosted by Shanah , this week topic is Top 5 authors I NEED to read! I have read most of the YA authors and tried their writing styles, I am discovering more adult fantasy authors now and here are the 5 authors:

I will try to read as many of those as I can next year so stay tuned and let’s see how many can I finish by the end of next year! What about your top 5 authors?

Oh my God, please read Patrick Rothfuss first. Reading his books, despite their lengths because it’s high fantasy, is like reading poems. Maybe it’s just me but his writing is amazing. The first paragraph of THE NAME OF THE WIND hooked me right away. It’s so unforgettable.
lol. I can’t stop gushing. Anyway, I kinda tweaked this week’s topic and listed reread worthy authors instead. 🙂 Have a great week. 🙂

We have some similar authors that we need to read. Patrick Rothfuss is one as I’ve heard nothing but good things about so I need to read his work!!
Also N K Jemisin is someone I need to read ASAP. The fifth season sounds so intriguing and I think the narrator is supposed to be different so I look forward to reading the series!!
And Robin Hobb which involves a lot of books so I’m not sure where to start 😂

The Name of the Wind is one of my all time favourite books! It’s absolutely incredible and Kvothe is a character you’ll never forget! I’ve got The Fifth Season on my kindle and need to get to it really soon! So many people rave about that series!

Yep, I still need to read all of these authors as well… It’s kinda embarrasing, really, cause I own «The Name of the Wind» and ALL THREE NK Jemisin books you features, and it’s been quite a while since I bought them 😀
